Delivery methods

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the client on the order form. The client is held to check out the state of packing of goods to the delivery and to damage due to the conveyer on the delivery order, like at the company RENARD BIJOUX, within one week. The client can with his request, to obtain the sending of an invoice to the bill-to-address and not to the address of delivery by validating the option envisaged for this purpose on the order form.

Problems of delivery

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damages, produced missing compared to the damaged parcel, delivery order, broken product) will have to be imperatively indicated on the delivery order in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the client. The client will have in parallel to confirm this anomaly by addressing to the conveyer in the two following working days the delivery date a mail recommended with acknowledgment of delivery exposing the aforementioned complaints. Delivery errors

The client will have to formulate near the company RENARD BIJOUX same day of delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, any complaint of error of delivery or nonconformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications being reproduced on the order form. Any complaint formulated beyond this time will be rejected.
